Announcement about alternative merch pick-up dates available to those affected by the postponement of the Osaka shows

To accompany the recent announcement to postpone the HYDE LIVE 2020-2021 ANTI WIRE shows at Osaka Castle Hall, another decision has been made to allow those who "made a reservation to receive merch at the Osaka shows on 1/16/2021 and 1/17/2021" AND "are planning to attend one of the earlier shows (Tokyo, Fukuoka, or Sapporo shows) scheduled to be held before the new Osaka show dates 3/6/2021 and 3/7/2021" to change their merch pick-up reservations and opt to receive their order at one of the earlier shows.

If you would like to receive your reserved official merch at one of the earlier shows, please contact the HYDE LIVE Goods Support Desk.


Please send an email to the address above with the following information.  

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your request is confirmed.
Please add the support desk's email address to your "safe senders" list before you send your request to ensure you receive the confirmation email and any other replies regarding your order.


Subject: 振替販売希望 (Please copy and paste the Japanese text, it lets staff know you are requesting to change your pick-up date/venue)
Main text: Your full name, telephone number, the show date you originally reserved (1/16/2021 or 1/17/2021), the merch you reserved (specify quantity of each set), and the show date you wish to reschedule for.

* Deadlines vary depending on which venue you now wish to pick up your merch.

* All dates/time are in local Japan Time.

Pick-up at Tokyo International Forum Hall A: send requests by 7:00PM on 1/27/2021.

Pick-up at Fukuoka Civic Main Hall : send requests by 7:00PM on 2/1/2021.
Pick-up at Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater "hitaru": send requests by 7:00PM on 2/8/2021.


* Because inventory for each venue is prepared in advance according to the orders placed, we will not be able to guarantee your order unless you send your request by the appropriate deadline noted above.  Please make sure to contact the HYDE LIVE Goods Support Desk with your request before the deadline for your desired pick-up location.


Your order will be available for pick-up inside the venue.  Once you have entered the venue, please come to the "グッズ問い合わせ窓口 (merch inquiry counter)" to complete your purchase and receive your order.
