Guidelines and Policies to Help Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

In regards to the “20th Orchestra Concert 2021 HYDE HEIANJINGU” event, the following policies will be put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and performers.

We apologize for any inconveniences, but to ensure that all guests can enjoy the show in a safe environment, we ask for everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

________________________________________________________________

The following steps will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19

________________________________________________________________

The maximum capacity for this event has been determined in accordance with the guidelines set by the local government and the policies put in place by the Office for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control (a special task force under the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan), and tickets will be sold up to 100% of that capacity.

In the event that the maximum capacity must be adjusted in the future due to changes in the policies set by the national or local government, or by the venue, there is a possibility that there will be no choice but to void all tickets sold and issue refunds.

If that happens, the number of tickets available will be reset to the adjusted capacity, and tickets will go on sale again.

* All seats will be reserved seating, and guests will be asked to remain seated during the show.

* A distance of 2 meters will be secured between the performers on the stage and the first row of seats.

* A no-contact thermometer will be used to take the temperature of each guest as they enter the venue, and guests will be asked to use the hand sanitizer.

* Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.

* All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly.

* All staff will be wearing masks.  And when necessary, they will wear additional protective gear, such as face shields and gloves.

* There will be no coat check services.

* Everyone involved in the production (performers, staff, etc.) will adhere to strict prevention guidelines before and during the event.

* Tickets are non-refundable (unless the show is cancelled/postponed, or if the tickets are voided by the organizer to make adjustments to the capacity due to changes in official guidelines).
