Guidelines and Policies to Help Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

In regards to the “HYDE LIVE 2022” shows to be held 9/4/2022~9/11/2022, the following policies will be put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and performers.

We apologize for any inconveniences, but to ensure that all guests can enjoy the show in a safe environment, we ask for everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following steps will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For this tour, the number of tickets available is set to the maximum capacity of the venue.

In the event that the maximum capacity must be adjusted in the future due to changes in the policies set by the national or local government, or by the venue, there may be no choice but to void all tickets sold and issue refunds.

If that happens, the number of tickets available will be reset to the adjusted capacity, and tickets will go on sale again.

Additionally, if the government decides to implement special promotions such as event discount aids, and this tour becomes partially or wholly qualified, you may need to present the necessary documentation as noted in the government's guidelines to receive such discounts.

* For all shows, the 1st floor will be standing room, and the 2nd floor will be reserved seating (there may also be standing room in the back area of the 2nd floor).

* A no-contact thermometer will be used to take the temperature of each guest as they enter the venue, and guests will be asked to use the hand sanitizer. Guests may be denied entry depending on their temperature reading.

* Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.

* Ventilation: In addition to utilizing the venue's ventilation system at all times, the doors to the venue will be opened regularly to allow air flow and ventilation. Some doors to the seating area will also remain open throughout the show to allow additional ventilation.

* Disinfection/Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly.

* All staff will be wearing masks.  And when necessary, they will wear additional protective gear, such as face shields and gloves.

* Health Monitoring: Everyone involved in the production (performers, staff, etc.) will adhere to strict prevention guidelines before and during the event.

* Tickets are non-refundable (unless the show is cancelled/postponed, or if the tickets are voided by the organizer to make adjustments to the capacity due to changes in official guidelines).

* Cashless Payments: The preferred methods of payment for goods and services at the venue will be those that are touchless, such as IC cards (excluding PiTaPa).
