Information about wristband exchange and other precautions

Before entering the venue of the 20th Orchestra Concert 2021 HYDE HEIANJINGU shows, which will be held on 7/31/2021 and 8/1/2021, guests will be asked to exchange their ticket for a wristband.
The wristbands will be available from 10:00AM (JST) on the day of the shows for that evening's show.  To avoid crowds and to ensure prompt entry, we ask for your cooperation in exchanging your wristband earlier in the day.

・Entering the Venue

Guests must exchange their ticket for a wristband at the wristband exchange area (marked "リストバンド引換" on the map, see event website) to enter the venue.

One wristband will be given per ticket.  The wristband must remain on the guest's wrist from the time it is issued until the guest leaves the venue after the show ends.  If the wristband is cut or removed, the guest will not be allowed to enter the venue.  Wristbands will not be reissued for any reason whatsoever.

If you have an electronic ticket for a group of people and it has not been split into individual tickets, the entire group must be present at the wristband exchange area at the same time to receive their wristbands.  If the electronic ticket has been split up and each person has their own ticket, tickets may be exchanged for wristbands individually.

Guests can enter the venue by simply showing their wristband, but staff may need to confirm assigned seat numbers which will be on the ticket stub, so guests should keep their ticket stub even after they have received their wristbands.
