About the transfer of "Prize A: Invitation to a 2020 concert rehearsal"

Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the event has been postponed for a long time, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the winners.
We have been trying to make arrangements for inviting guests to a concert rehearsal according to what was outlined in the prize, but as there is no prospect of implementation at the moment, we regret to inform you that it will be transferred to the HYDE CHANNEL recording or the public events in Nagoya and Osaka scheduled in 2022. 

Those who won the prize of being invited to a concert rehearsal, not just the Tokyo venue, but Osaka and Nagoya as well, will be transferred to this new arrangement.

 

We will send more information about this transfer soon to the email address the winners have originally entered into the MONSTERS CHANCE entry form, so please check your inbox.

Other Important Notes

・If you apply and win the "MONSTERS CHANCE" for FINAL PIECE, you can only apply for the HYDE CHANNEL recording on 12/15/2021, and you cannot participate in the events in 2022.

・Only the winner will be able to attend the event. The prize is non-transferrable.

・IDs will be checked against the winner's list on the day of the event. Winners must present an official photo ID. If you do not have one of the IDs listed below, please make necessary arrangements to obtain one before applying.

 

Forms of identification that will be accepted on the day of the event
Please bring one of the following forms of photo ID issued by an official organization.
Please note that other forms of ID are not valid for any reason.  **Must bring a valid original (photos of the ID, copies, expired IDs will NOT be accepted)
・Passport
・Driver's license
・Basic Resident Registration Card
・Special permanent resident certificate or resident card

・Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Welfare Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate

・"My Number" card (*Notification cards are not accepted)

・Student ID card or student handbook with photo (must be currently enrolled in the school)

 

If you do not have a designated ID card with your photo, please prepare two items from the following list.
・Health insurance card
・Pension booklet
・Residence card
・Family registration (koseki)
・Student ID card
・Residence card (without photo)
*Certificate of residence the family registration (koseki) must be issued within 6 months.

*If key information in the two items are missing, they will not be accepted.

 

・Travel expenses such as transportation to the venue and accommodations are the responsibility of the customer.

・The event may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, or other circumstances involving the artist, etc.  In such cases, there will be no compensation for travel expenses or refund of CDs.
・The content of the event is subject to change without notice.

・Other detailed information on how to participate in the event will be provided only to the winners.
