Measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection and requests to the audience
In regards to "20th Orchestra Tour HYDE ROENTGEN 2021", we will take the following measures to prevent the spread of the infection and to ensure the safety and security of all visitors and people involved in the performance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and secure environment so that all visitors can enjoy the show.
The following measures will be taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection
In accordance with the policy set by the Office of Novel Coronavirus Disease Control of the Cabinet Secretariat, we will begin selling tickets up to 100% capacity of each venue.
If the maximum capacity allowed for venues becomes more restrictive due to changes in the guidelines set by the national government, the local government, or the venue, all tickets sold may become void and refunded.
In such cases, tickets will go on sale again for the number of seats of the adjusted capacity.
・All seats will be reserved seating for every show, and the audience must remain seated during the show.
・The distance between the members on stage and the audience in the front row will be at least 2 meters.
・A non-contact thermometer to will be used to check body temperature and guests will be required to disinfect their hands with alcohol-based sanitizers at the entrance
・Alcohol-based sanitizers will be available in various areas accessible by guests.
・In addition to constant ventilation by the venue's equipment, doors will remain open whenever possible to ensure regular ventilation of the building and facilities. During the performance, some of the doors of the auditorium will remain open for ventilation.
・Handrails, armrests, and other high-touch areas of the auditorium will be sanitized regularly.
・ Lobby staff will wear masks at all times. Face shields, gloves, and other protective gear will be added as necessary.
・Cloakroom services (luggage storage) will be suspended.
・All performers, staff, and others involved in the show will thoroughly implement infection prevention measures from the preparation period through the conclusion of the tour.
・No refunds will be made unless the performance is cancelled or postponed, or the organizer declares the tickets invalid due to a change in the ticket sales limit. Please be aware of this before purchasing tickets.
Requests to visitors
< When applying for tickets or purchasing tickets >
・Please plan to attend the show held at a venue closest to your area of residence.
・When you apply for (purchase) a ticket, please register the names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of all the people who will enter the venue, including your companion, with the ticket agency.
・In the event that it is discovered a person infected with the coronavirus was present at the venue, we will contact all visitors based on the information provided to the ticket agency.
・Please be aware in advance that we may share your personal information with public institutions such as the public health center if necessary.
・The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare recommends the use of the "Coronavirus Contact Confirmation App (COCOA)". With this app, you can receive notification of possible contact with a person who has tested positive for the coronavirus infection by using the proximity communication function (Bluetooth) of your smartphone.

If you are attending a show at the Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka) on 6/30/2021 or 7/1/2021, you will be required to register with the "Osaka Corona Tracking System" designated by the venue. Due to the nature of the system, you will be required to register on the day of the show.
At other venues, you may be asked to provide your personal information again on the day of the show, as needed.
< On the day of the show >
・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, phlegm, fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, general pain, sore throat, headache, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, vomiting, etc., please be sure to contact the consultation desk and visit the designated medical facility before coming to the venue.
・If you have any of the above symptoms and have not been examined at a medical facility, if you have visited/stayed in an area subject to denial of entry under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act within 14 days prior to the date of the show, if you have tested positive for the coronavirus and have been instructed to stay at home, or if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus or is suspected of being infected, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
・Please wear a mask when you come to the venue. If you are not wearing a mask, you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
・The entrance area tends to become more congested as showtime approaches, so please give yourself ample time to avoid such crowds.
・In order to avoid overcrowding at the entrance, some venues may ask the organizers to group guests by seat number and have guests enter the venue by assigned groups.
・When forming a line, such as to enter the venue or at the restrooms, we ask for your cooperation in practicing social distancing. (Markers will be placed on the floor.)
・A non-contact thermometer will be used to check your temperature at the entrance. Depending on the results, your body temperature will be measured again, and if the result is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.
・Please disinfect your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer at the entrance.
・Please remain seated during the show.
・Please avoid talking to each other as much as possible, especially when you are not wearing your mask (such as when you're having a drink).
・In order to avoid crowds in the lobby, please stay in your seats as much as possible until the show starts.
・In venues with armrests, please use only one side of the armrest in order to avoid sharing it with the person seated next to you.
・Please refrain from cheering or singing during the show.
・Please avoid having dinner/gatherings with other audience members after the performance.
・After the show, exiting the venue will be done in groups to avoid crowding. Please wait in your seats until you are guided by the attendant.
< About gifts for the performers and the use of the lobby >
・Performers must respectfully decline all gifts, including deliveries and flowers.
・The designated smoking area in the venue will be closed.
・Please do not eat inside the venue or at your seats.
・The restroom will be very crowded, so please be considerate of others and use the facilities in a timely manner. And please note that accessible restrooms may be limited after the show for disinfection and cleaning purposes.
・Please contact the organizer as soon as possible (at least two business days prior to the show date during business hours) if you require wheelchair accessibility. The venue's ability to accommodate your needs may be limited, so it is best to contact them early. To use the wheelchair area, you will need to present your disability certificate or a certificate from a medical institution proving that you require a wheelchair. Also, depending on the type of seat you purchased, you may be charged an additional ticket fee.
・Waiting at the doors for the performers to enter/leave the venue, or any similar activities are strictly prohibited. In addition to the above, there may be cases where entry to the show will be denied due to actions deemed to be a nuisance.
If you do not abide by the above cautionary notes, we may have no choice but to suspend the show or ask you to leave the venue. Please understand this in advance.
