Additional Information for Shows in Japan
●Seating sections for all shows will be "1F Standing" and "2F Reserved Seats."
●Unless the show is canceled or postponed, tickets are non-refundable.
●Smartphones/tablets may be used for taking photos and videos from the 2F Reserved Seats only for domestic shows. Using these photos/videos commercially or for monetary gain (including monetizing on video sharing and social media platforms) is strictly prohibited.
[Equipment Restrictions] DSLR cameras, video cameras, and large tablets (any given side must be less than 25cm) are not allowed. Accessories like tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or anything else that may get in the way of other guests are also prohibited.
Additional restrictions may apply. In that case, please follow the instructions of the venue staff.
●Allowing a third party to watch or listen to the show through a live stream or audio/video calls is strictly prohibited. Violators will have devices confiscated, data erased, and be escorted out of the venue.
●Flash photography is prohibited. Also, please refrain from holding the smartphone/tablet up high, leaning/standing outside your seating area, and other actions that will hinder other guests from enjoying the show.
●"Place holding" (holding your spot with your belongings while going to the restroom, saving space for your party before they arrive, etc.) in the 1F Standing area is prohibited.
●Guests are responsible for their belongings. The organizer/artist/venue is not responsible for loss or theft.
●Cloak service and/or coin lockers will be available for a nominal fee. Please refrain from taking large bags, umbrellas, etc. into the venue.
●Items such as noise-makers, lights, and message boards are prohibited.
●After the show is finished, some venues may ask guests to exit the venue in sections to avoid crowding at the doors. In this case, please follow the instructions provided by venue staff.
●Guests in wheelchairs:
- Please contact the organizer listed for "Inquiries" during their business hours at least 3 business days before the show you will attend.
- Space designated for wheelchairs is limited, or in some cases, unavailable. So be sure to contact the organizer in advance.
- The designated area at Zepp Fukuoka is on the 2nd floor. At all other venues, there will be an area on the 1st floor set aside for guests in wheelchairs. Since the 1st floor is a standing area, your view may be obstructed.
- If you are seated in the designated space on the 1st floor, you will not be able to take photos/videos even if you have a 2F Reserved Seat ticket. And if you are seated in the designated space on the 2nd floor, but have a 1F Standing ticket, you will not be able to take photos/video. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your ticket!
- You will be asked to present your "shogaisha techo (disability handbook/ID)" or a certificate from your doctor that indicates your need for a wheelchair, whichever applies to your situation.
●Gifts and fan letters for the artist can be placed in the designated box that will be placed near the venue's entrance.
●Video footage/photos taken in or around the venue may be used for promotional/commercial purposes.
Guests who do not follow the guidelines above, or engage in other inappropriate behavior may be denied entry, or if they are already inside, be escorted out of the venue. In some cases, the show may be stopped to properly handle the situation.
