"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc"!!
The opening theme song for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc" coming this Spring will be "夢幻 (Mugen)," a "MY FIRST STORY x HYDE" collaboration track!!
The anime series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is based on a 23-volume manga series by Koyoharu Gotoge (Shueisha/Jump Comics) with over 150 million copies in circulation.
After his family was slaughtered by demons and his last remaining family member (younger sister Nezuko) was turned into a demon, Tanjiro Kamado joined the "Kisatsutai (Demon Slayer Corps)" to become a Demon Slayer and find a way to turn his sister back into a human being. The first season of the anime series aired in Japan in April 2019.
After the first season ended as a hit, the "Mugen Train Arc" film was released in October 2020, followed by the "Mugen Train Arc" and "Entertainment District Arc" released as season 2 of the anime series in 2021, then season 3 "Swordsmith Village Arc" in April 2023. The series is still going strong with season 4 "Hashira Training Arc" scheduled to begin in Spring 2024.

We are very happy to have been given the opportunity to work on the opening theme song for the TV anime series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc."
As we humbly accept this great honor, our biggest hope is that this song "夢幻 (Mugen)," which we worked on with our great mentor and kind "senpai" HYDE, will accentuate and elevate this series that is loved by fans all over the world.
We put our all into this track, so please enjoy it along with the anime.

This is HYDE, and I've been enlisted along with MY FIRST STORY to sing the opening theme song for the anime series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc."
The Hashira Training Arc takes place in between battles. The main characters will deepen their bond and become even stronger as the story progresses. So I hope this song will help build that excitement.
It'd be great if viewers enjoyed the song alongside the story.
