│ Transferring "Prize A" from the "BELIEVING IN MYSELF / INTERPLAY" Campaign (2020 Show Rehearsal Viewing) 

 

An email was sent on 7/20/2022 to all those eligible for transferring their prize to this current campaign. This email was sent to the email address that was registered on the entry application at the time of the campaign. Please follow the instructions in that email to transfer your prize. 

* Make sure the domain "@inquiriesform.jp" is on your white list and/or check your spam/junk folder.

If you have not already transferred your prize to attend the "HYDE CHANNEL Public Taping" event held on 12/15/2021, and you did not receive the email mentioned above, please contact the campaign's customer service department listed below by 1:00pm on 7/22/2022 (JST). Those who have already transferred their prize to attend the "HYDE CHANNEL Public Taping" event, and were unable to attend due to personal reasons, are not eligible for this transfer.

│ How to Enter

​

Fill out all fields on the postcard that is included with "HYDE 20th Anniversary ROENTGEN Concert 2021 Complete Box" (to be released on 7/27/2022), and secure the entry ticket that is included with "HYDE COMPLETE BOX  2001-2003" (released on 1/29/2022) in the designated area on the postcard with tape.

* To enter the campaign, you must have both the postcard and the entry ticket. Entries with just one or the other will be disqualified. (Make sure the entry ticket is securely fastened so it does not fall off in transit.)

│ Important Notes Regarding "Prize B"

• Winners will be notified details, such as the event venue address and other important day-of information, via email. Please write your email address clearly to avoid miscommunication.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-changeable, will become void if it is re-sold, and participation by alternates will not be allowed. No exceptions.

• IDs must be presented during guest check-in. Please bring an official photo ID with information matching the campaign entry form.

• Please see the list below for which forms of ID will be accepted.

• Guests are responsible for travel costs, such as transportation and accommodation.

• The event may be cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or disasters. We are not liable for loss of travel costs, and cannot provide refunds/compensation.

• The contents of this prize are subject to change at any time.

• Entry is limited to residents of Japan.

│ Other Information

​

• Each person may send in as many entries as they wish. One "postcard + entry ticket" set will count as one entry.

• Entries will only be accepted when the postcard made exclusively for this campaign is used. Entries sent using other or generic postcards will not be considered.

• Securely tape the entry ticket onto the postcard so that it does not come off in transit.

• If the entry ticket falls off and gets lost in transit, the entry will become invalid.

• If the information written on the postcard is incomplete/incorrect, or the entry ticket is missing, the entry will become invalid.

• If the postcard is not delivered by, or delayed past, the entry deadline due to insufficient postage, the entry will become invalid.

• Postage must be paid by the entrant.

• Entry tickets and entry postcards will not be re-issued for any reason. Please be careful not to lose or damage them.

• Personal information provided by the entrant will only be used for the operation of this campaign. Except for when the entrant has given explicit consent or for justifiable/extenuating reasons, this information will not be disclosed to a third party. Some operational duties for this campaign may be outsourced.

• Re-sale of the entry ticket and/or the entry postcard is strictly prohibited.

Please bring ONE of the following forms of government/officially issued photo ID.

Those without an approved form of ID will not be allowed entry for any reason.

Originals of a valid ID only. Photocopies or photos of the ID, and expired IDs will not be accepted.
