* To find your User ID, select "マイリスト (My List)" from the NicoNico Video menu. Your User ID is the number listed on the line that says "ID: [your ID number] (version name)" underneath your profile name on My Page.

* Please enter your User ID and other entry information carefully. In the event that there are problems in your entry due to inaccurate information, your entry will be disqualified.

* A staff member will place the phone call to the phone number provided. Please be sure your phone settings allow you to receive calls from unknown/private phone numbers during the live stream, and that you are ready to take calls.
* Please note that the phone call will be aired live and will remain in the archived video.
* You may only have conversations that fit the topic of "My biggest news of the year that I want to share with HYDE" during this live phone call.
